maaf sebelumnya saya . Saya mau minta tolong, mohon dengan sangat.

saya punya laptop dell vostro 1320 dngan OS windows vista..
saat saya sedang on, tiba2 blue screen. nah otomatis mati.
saat dinyalakan, tidak bisa start up normally lagi, selalu saja ter-restart. .
Mohon, solusinya..
